Raw Chia & Cherry Bars
- 2 cups dried bing cherries
- 1 1/3 cups almond butter, all natural
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Blend all ingredients in food processor for approximately two mins. Line a sheet tray or baking dish with parchment paper and nonstick spray. Press mixture into tray evenly. Chill for at least two hours. Slice into 32 bars.
Yield: 32 pieces
The photo for this looks like walnuts were included, but the recipe only says pumpkin seeds. Was there an error?
I don’t see a reference to nuts in the actual recipe – what is the amount?
